Fluorite, Sphalerite, Barite, Elmwood Mine, Tennessee. USA
The simple form of this specimen creates a fascinating mix for the eye. The singular, near cubic purple Fluorite crystal emerges from its matrix made of Sphalerite flakes, while it grazes at the cream white Barite formation just beside. Black, white and purple in an unusual yet pleasant aesthetic mix.
